Our iconic D3 and D4 Original Styler brushes are perfect for defining curls, while our paddle brushes are ideal for smoothing and detangling. Can I use my Denman brush with a hair dryer?
Yes, most Denman brushes are designed for use with a hair dryer. Our brushes are made from heat-resistant materials; however, we recommend keeping the nozzle of the dryer at a safe distance from the pins to prevent damage and ensure the longevity of your tool.
How should I clean and maintain my hairbrush?
To keep your brush in top condition, remove loose hair regularly. You can wash your brush in warm, soapy water, rinse it, and leave it to dry away from direct heat or sunlight. For our removable pad brushes, you can slide the pad out to clean the interior thoroughly.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeframe?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international destinations, depending on the selected carrier.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your Denman tool. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on brushes that have been used.
Are Denman products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Denman products are manufactured to the highest standards and are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
